| Unless otherwise stated, all repairs and restoration work performed by Bob's Speedometer come with a one year limited warranty. |
In order to submit a claim for warranty service, the customer must return the item(s) back to us, along with a note explaining why the item(s) are being returned. The customer should also include a copy of their original invoice, if available. Failure to send a copy of the invoice may delay processing of the warranty claim until we can verify that the item(s) are indeed covered under our warranty.
Upon inspection by our technicians, workmanship or item(s) determined to be defective will either be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
Any item(s) that have been determined to have been abused or damaged subsequent to our repair or restoration shall not be covered under warranty, and arrangements will need to be made for any additional repair work needed.
The customer must pay the return shipping costs for sending the item(s) back to us, and we will send the item(s) back to the customer at our expense once the warranty work has been performed.
Claims for damages caused during shipping must be handled by the customer with the shipping carrier. Bob's Speedometer will assist the customer with shipping claims by providing any documentation we have at our disposal, but all liability for shipping damage lies solely with the carrier, and not with Bob's Speedometer. The customer has the option of purchasing additional shipping insurance for items that they consider exceptionally valuable at their own expense.
Bob's Speedometer will not be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any repair or restoration work performed.
